Obsessive compulsive disorder is a kind of anxiety disorder which is now curable with medical treatment, similar to how you Cure Agoraphobia. But that’s the extreme way to get a solution!   • Maintain a diary of your behavioral change. You need to identify your crisis and track it properly. Mark when you get success to control over your emotion. You need to celebrate that.
